Tom + Karina

On the beautifully sunny day of Saturday 29th July 2017 we headed to Newark for the wedding of Tom and Karina at Kelham House.

We arrived at the beautiful Willoughby House in Norwell where the bride and groom were getting ready in separate buildings. Tom was in the main house, while Karina and her entourage were in the beautifully restored barn.

The atmosphere was calm and collected and everyone was in high spirits for the celebrations ahead.

With Karina's hair and make-up finished and with Tom and his boys in their suits and headed to Kelham House it was time for Karina to put on her dress and reveal herself as the beautiful bride.
She emerged down the outdoor staircase looking absolutely stunning and taking everyone's breath away.

The time had come to climb into our respective vehicles and head to Kelham for Karina to becomes Mrs Duerden.

With Step dad Paul driving Karina to her wedding in style in his Aston Martin, they arrived roof down and smiling with anticipation.

Tom was awaiting his bride at the top of the isle with a room full of guests eager to catch a glimpse of Karina as she walked down.

With Karina and Tom joined once again the ceremony was conducted beautifully by a family friend and the pair emerged as the new Mr and Mrs Duerden to cheers, confetti and hugs.

Group photographs were taken, everyone mingled and there was even a game of rounders underway on the lawn.

Everyone was called in for the wedding reception and the newlyweds were announced into the room and to their guests.

Food, drink and merriment ensued and speeches got underway. The speeches were great and one in particular from Karina's bridesmaid had everyone laughing as she had written her own poem about Karina to read out.

As day turned to evening and the room was transformed ready for the night, fit with DJ and sparkling dance floor, the guests were ready for the dancing ahead.

Tom and Karina cut their cake and followed this with their first dance as Husband and Wife. Everyone joined in and the dancing had begun!

A little game of stretch olympics on the lawn and the night was young!

We would like to say a big congratulations to Tom and Karina and say what a beautiful day it was. We wish you all the happiness for your future together!
