Do you have my wedding date available?

Probably the most important question. If you send us an e-mail with your wedding date we will be more than happy to check if we have the date available.


What parts of the wedding day do you capture?

Essentially, this is any time that you have built into your chosen package. Depending on the package you choose we can be there from bridal preparations (and groom prep if needed) all the way to your first dance. During the day we will shoot to a list that we have agreed on and everything in-between.


How many cameras and operators will there be on the day?

Depending on your package you will have one or two operators and two or three cameras. We don’t want to get in your way so we always keep it as minimal as possible whilst making sure we capture all the important bits.


Does the final video use dialogue from the wedding day or is it more of a music video?

If your package includes a highlights film then I'm afraid we cant use unlicensed music, as this would be against the law if your film were to be uploaded online. We can however use any music of your choice on your feature/ documentary edit, as this film is for your viewing only and not for social media or the internet. 


 Is there a charge for staying later in the evening if something important is planned?

If needed we can add extra hours on to your package, as you see fit. Please get in touch for more information.


 How long will it take to edit the photos and wedding video?

Weddings can differ greatly. We like to give a maximum timeframe of 3 months for your photos and film.

The time may be much quicker than this, however, there are lots of factors that determine just how long it ends up taking, however, we will always keep you informed.


How are my photos and film delivered?

Our photo and film packages include all your photographs – all individually edited – full-size and watermark free, so you can print or share them as you wish. These will be delivered in a wedding album and via an online gallery. Your wedding film will be delivered on a USB and made available online share it if you wish. We do offer DVD/Blu-ray as well, please ask if you would like one.

 


 Can you use commercial/popular music in your wedding video?

To use un-licensed music is against the law (And we'd rather not break it!). We don’t see it as a bad thing. We use a company called Musicbed for all our music licensing. They have a fantastic collection of music which will be completely your own.


 Can you keep the photos and film private for only my family to see?

We love to share online, it’s a great way to show friends and family your day and it helps other couples decide if we are a good fit for them but if you decide it’s not for you, we totally understand. We can password protect all you images and film and make sure you and your new husband/wife are the only ones to see it.


What payment options do you accept?

Our normal deposit is £200 and can be paid online. The remaining balance then isn’t due until 2 weeks before the wedding, however if you wish to spread the cost and pay monthly this can set up. This option is becoming very popular with our couples. It’s also worth noting for your peace of mind that any money paid extra to the deposit is fully refundable.


Do you offer Engagement Shoots?

Yes, a pre wedding engagement shoot is the prefect way to get used to the camera before the big day and create some great memories!

Engagement sessions are shot on location and approached in a very relaxed and informal way. There are lots of different approaches we can take to your engagement shoot, which ultimately are about having a lot of fun and capturing some lovely images.


What is a Feature Film?

This is a longer film (1hr-2hr) with your vows and speeches included in full length. There is also your first dance, cake cut and other moments from the day. All these moments are filmed with multiple cameras so you can enjoy the day all over again from a different view. What better way to spend your anniversary than to watch your wedding day!


Are there any extra costs?

We try to include everything into our wedding packages but no two weddings are the same. We sometimes have to charge extra for mileage, we're based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire and will travel up to 50 miles at no extra charge. In some cases we may need to stay overnight, if this is the case we will provide details of the extra cost in a quote.


Cancelling a booking

All deposits are non-refundable and below additional amounts apply.
If Cancelled with more than 2yrs notice, no additional money due.
If Cancelled between 12-23 months of the wedding an additional £250.00 will be due on top of the deposit.
If Cancelled between 8 and 12 months of the wedding an additional £400.00 will be due on top of the deposit.
If cancelled with less than 8 months Full Payment is required.

As I hope you can appreciate, we will not be able to rebook a date at short notice and will have turned down other customer enquiries.
